Arbitration

Mike is available to serve as an impartial arbitrator in a wide range of labor, employment, and commercial disputes and to issue final and binding awards.  Mike is committed to making arbitration the cost effective alternative to litigation that it was originally intended to be.  Efforts will be made to mediate and resolve the case at the outset.  However, if evidentiary hearings are necessary they will be scheduled promptly, and hearing continuation dates will be rescheduled with minimum delay.  Awards will be rendered as quickly as possible following the close of the case.
