In addition to providing mediation and arbitration services, Mike is also available to serve as a designated hearing officer under N.Y. Education Law § 3020-a (teacher incompetency and misconduct), N.Y. Civil Service Law §75 (civil servant incompetency and misconduct), N.Y. Civil Service Law § 73 (disability termination) proceedings, as well as to undertake independent and confidential investigations, fact finding, reports and recommendations with respect to sexual harassment and other workplace misconduct.
